A well known third-party billing company that arranges thousands of shipping and trucking operations every day wanted to make their process more efficient.  Their customers used to manually fill out an airbill or bill of lading for each shipment.  After meeting with their customers, GCA designed a computer-automated 'Point of Shipping' system that eliminated manual transcription of paper documents.  We made the system easy to use by recognizing repeat shipments and instantly remembering destination addresses.  The lowered cost-per-transaction helped this company increase its profits while strengthening its relationship with its customers.
